• Seal Engineering, Inc., conducted a condition assessment of existing planters and façade elements relating to ongoing leaks into the parking garage
• Reviewed available construction drawings, details, previous reports and previous repair designs to aid in determining the source of ongoing leak issues
• Visually inspected façade and planter components for deficiencies and the garage interior for damaged concrete, cracks, leaks and slab drainage issues
• Conducted water tests at façade elements, planters, and paving systems to determine the cause of leaks into the parking structure below
• Prepared a letter report containing observations, findings and recommendations for needed general maintenance and repair work for all building components inspected
• The report also included options for repair work, including estimated construction costs, to correct the leaks
