• The issue consisted of severe cracking of the concrete topping slab at the northeast entrance of the main concourse to the stadium
• Visual inspections, original design review, and test cuts of the topping slab revealed thin concrete to be the primary cause of the cracking
• Seal Engineering, Inc. provided design for waterproofing repair, drawing improvements, and concrete topping slab replacement
• Provided construction phase services
