CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES

Seal Engineering, Inc. offers a wide array of construction-phase services to help ensure the Owner receives the finished product required by the design. Additionally, we offer these services on projects where we have not provided the investigation, report or design, as our knowledge of building envelope systems allows us to provide our clients with stellar contract compliance and inspection services.

Our services include:

Conducting / attending pre-construction meetings
Reviewing submittals, material samples, shop drawings and mock-ups
Conducting periodic inspections to monitor the progress of the work and check for conformance with the design drawings and technical specifications, as well as generally accepted standards of the industry
Responding to RFIs, resolving field issues with concealed conditions, providing recommendations for work needed, preparation of and assistance with negotiating change orders
Reviewing contractors’ payment applications
Conducting punch-out and final inspections
Building Envelope Commissioning
Observation(s) and review of 3rd party testing
Full-Time inspection services
