INVESTIGATION & REPORTS
Seal Engineering, Inc. provides a variety of investigative services to help building owners understand the overall condition of the building enclosure systems, to identify the sources of any ongoing moisture intrusion, and to aid in development of building enclosure repair and replacement recommendations. We pride ourselves on careful and thorough investigations, analysis and reports.
DESIGN SERVICES
The primary focus of our design services is on the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the building enclosure systems on existing buildings. We collect, review, and analyze original construction drawings, past renovation documents, past reports and oral histories to develop a background and understanding of the construction and issues to be addressed by the project.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
Seal Engineering, Inc. offers a wide array of construction-phase services to help ensure the Owner receives the finished product required by the design. Additionally, we offer these services on projects where we have not provided the investigation, report or design, as our knowledge of building envelope systems allows us to provide our clients with stellar contract compliance and inspection services.
