• Seal Engineering, Inc. was tasked with troubleshooting extensive leaks along with a structural expansion joint system that crossed through the main entrance to the building and above a series of hallways and transformer vaults
• The final design provided an improved handicap access ramp to the front of the building, modified entrance steps and added planters – all while removing, cleaning and re-purposing exterior granite finish elements
• Waterproofing repairs and expansion joint replacement successfully resolved the building’s long-standing leaks that had been “repaired” several times in the past
• Provided construction phase services
