U.S. BOTANIC GARDEN CONSERVATORY FACADE REPAIRS & ROOF REPLACEMENT

• Seal Engineering, Inc. was selected to survey cracking observed on the facade of the 1931 limestone Beau Arts building located on the National Mall in order to verify findings of an earlier survey report
• Seal Engineering, Inc. provided construction documents in order to implement the recommended repairs
• Project scope increased to include headhouse flat roof replacement
• A designed replacement roofing system and coordinated effort with vegetative roof overburden specialist
• Vegetative roof overburden installation design to collect data for research purposes
• Providing construction phase services for the prior project to replace south wing flat roof
• Seal Engineering, Inc. provided details to assist with the modified scope and will be providing Title II services
