• Seal Engineering, Inc. prepared drawings and specifications for replacement of the 4th, 6th, 7th & 8th-floor roofs
• The main roofs were replaced with fully reinforced, hot-applied rubberized asphalt PRMA roofing systems
• The penthouse roofs and 8th-floor built-in gutters were replaced with 2-ply torched on modified bitumen roofing/ waterproofing systems
• Provided construction phase services
