• Coordinated efforts of test cut contractor to open areas after examination of existing conditions
• Prepared final construction drawings and technical specifications covering  selective demolition, concrete repair, masonry repair, waterproofing, sheet metal flashing and trim and sealant restoration
• Execution of work to be coordinated with planned renovation of building’s parking garage
