NEW ZEALAND EMBASSY ROOF REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT

Project Owner:  New Zealand Embassy

• In 2010 & 2015 Seal Engineering, Inc., provided maintenance and repair design, bidding, and construction phase services for the Embassy’s flat and steep-sloped roof systems
• In 2016, Seal Engineering, Inc. prepared construction documents for the replacement of both the flat and steep-sloped roof systems
• Part of the 2016 project included assessment of roof-related fall hazards and recommendations for a fall protection program
• The Embassy’s intent is to wrap the roof replacement and fall protection work into an upcoming comprehensive building renovation
