• Seal Engineering, Inc. performed a survey of the various flat roofing systems, steep-sloped clay tile roof, and built-in gutter systems
• An existing conditions report, complete with analysis and recommendations to GSA for repair/ replacement, was provided
• Provided design for replacing flat roof systems, clay tile roofing system, and built-in gutter
• Replacement design drawings were produced of the existing roofing systems and repair to the built-in gutter systems
• A key design feature included replacing the exiting barrel-shaped roof tiles with tiles to match the original Greek profiles
• This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places
