• Seal Engineering, Inc., served as Prime Designer in this Design-Build procured roof replacement project
• Performed review of existing architectural and structural drawings as well as organized field test cuts to determine existing conditions
• Developed schematic design for a roof replacement to meet GSA objectives for a highly insulated inverted roof membrane assembly installation
• Performed structural analysis to verify the load-carrying capacity of the roof deck for increased ballast loads and provided a summary evaluation of Building Code requirements for wind design together with manufacturer recommendations for the GSA decision-making process
• Provided submittal review and construction phase inspection and consultation services
