IRS HEADQUARTERS COURTYARD WATERPROOFING REPLACEMENT

• Seal Engineering, Inc. performed an investigation of the paved courtyard waterproofing system, including the ramp leading to the parking garage
• Presented options to GSA for replacement flashing configurations at bases of solid masonry walls
• Prepared design for the replacement of waterproofing systems as well as the addition of a subsurface drainage system
• Provided post-design services including submittal review and on-call compliance inspections
