• Seal Engineering, Inc. provided the survey, investigation, and report of findings to resolve issues with leaks through the courtyard area above the server room & gym areas
• For the design phase, Seal Engineering, Inc. provided drawings, details, and technical specifications for the plaza and planter waterproofing and expansion joint systems
• Addressed the leaks through the perimeter wall of all three parking garage levels below the plaza and office building
• Provided submittal review, responded to RFIs and contract compliance inspection services through the construction phase
