• Seal Engineering, Inc. performed a roofing and cornice built-in gutter system survey for the existing building and prepared drawings and technical specifications for rehabilitating the built-in gutter, performing short-term repairs on the main roof, and repairing/ replacing sloped metal penthouse roofs
• Seal Engineering, Inc. then prepared an in-depth design development report and drawings and technical specifications for the replacement of the flat roofing system on the main roof
• Provided construction phase services
