• Seal Engineering Inc. surveyed and prepared a comprehensive assessment of the existing flat and sloped metal roofing systems, the built-up roofing system, and the built-in gutters for this historic federal office building
• Prepared design drawings and technical specifications for replacement of the standing seam copper, the flat-lock-and-soldered seam copper, and the built-up roofing systems
• The design included replacing the built-in gutters and fascia
• Provided post-design services including submittal and shop drawing review
