• Seal Engineering, Inc. provided 3rd-party roofing and waterproofing consulting to McInturff Architects for the new construction for an office building renovation and addition
• Design phase services included preliminary recommendations for roofing systems, insulation, and foundation waterproofing layout repair at the initial concept phase
• Follow-on reviews occurred at key project milestones
• Provided redline comments and sketch details to convey work needed at critical interface areas
• Construction administration services included a review of product data, shop drawings, and samples for roof specification sections as well as attending design and construction meetings and providing information to the Architect regarding applicable Contractor RFIs
• Construction phase QA/QC services included on-call site inspections to provide the Architect with a reasonable level of assurance that the work was being installed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications
