• Seal Engineering, Inc. served as Prime Designer in this Design-Bid-Build procured roof replacement project
• Performed review of existing architectural and structural drawings as well as performed field survey and took test cuts to determine existing conditions
• Developed design for a roof replacement to meet objectives for a vegetative, inverted roof membrane assembly installation
• Performed structural analysis to verify the load-carrying capacity of the roof deck and associated structural framing for increased vegetative roof and ballast loads
• Provided submittal review and construction phase inspection and consultation service
