• Seal Engineering, Inc. was selected for the design of the roofing and façade components for this full-building renovation project
• Existing conditions inspection was performed to determine the extent of repairs needed to eliminate sources of existing damage throughout the building
• The final roofing scope of work included designing roof system replacement for 4 of 10 roof sections and maintenance and repair for the remaining roof sections
• Maintenance and repair of the façade was designed and included curtain wall modifications, selected glazing and sealant joint replacement, repointing and through-wall flashing replacement
• Provided flashing and interface consulting for new Atrium Skylight to roofing and curtain wall systems
• Provided construction phase services including submittal review and periodic site inspections to ensure contract compliance
